This interview is brought to you in memory of Jack Foley, who passed away earlier this month at the age of 85. The interview is with Jack and his wife Adelle, who were poets from Oakland, California. They had recently performed at the 3rd annual Super Bowl of Poetry at the Northwest Spoken Word Lab of Auburn, Washington in February of 2000. It was one of the most intelligent and dynamic performances SPLAB has ever hosted. Jack is a widely published poet, critic, essayist and radio host, and Adelle an economist and writer of haiku.
