A Poetry Postcard Fest Reflection from Sally

August 30, 2024
by Veronica Martinez

From PPF Committee member Sally Hedges-Blanquez:

It’s not September, but it feels like Fall. The cooler air, the shorter days. My cards have been sent, but each day I find myself rereading cards I’ve received as well as looking forward to the mail. This year I’ve also made it part of my practice to send a card most days to someone not currently part of the fest. I figure I can’t go wrong by sending some thoughts into the world.

We hope everyone is having a wonderful PPF 2024! If you have something from PPF 2024 that you’d like to share, send them to your list captain or post them on the Facebook page so we can share your incredible work with all the PPF participants! Registration for PPF 2025 opens SEPTEMBER 1! Mark your calendars!
