Register for PPF 2026!

Registration for the 2026 Poetry Postcard Fest is open NOW! CLICK HERE to register for next year’s summer of postcard poetry.

Thank you so much to every postcard poet that participated this year! Thank you to the PPF committee: Ina Roy-Faderman, Sally Hedges-Blanquez, Zach Charles, Judy Kleinberg, Margaret Lee and Dorothy Lemoult for their hard work and guidance throughout the fest. They will be hosting a Zoom afterparty to talk about PPF and share postcard poems this Saturday, September 6 from 2-4 PM PST. Learn more about it HERE.

If you haven’t finished and sent all your postcards yet, don’t fret. We know everyone has their own timeline and is doing their best to send their postcards when they can. We are grateful to have you in our community. Next year’s PPF will be the fest’s 20th ANNIVERSARY! We have some fun opportunities and activities planned for the Poetry Postcard Fest community next year that we look forward to sharing with you. Stay tuned!

Interview with Postcard Poet Laura Gamache

Part of the Cascadia 2050 mission is: to inspire artists and poets of the next generation to consider bioregionalism and intuitive poetic approach as a way to foster a more just and sustainable Cascadia by 2050. To this end, one of our goals is to interview people who help us spread awareness by having practices in their lives that reflect these values. This interview with Postcard Poet Laura Gamache, a Seattle who has published poetry in the usual places, such as chapbooks, journals and anthologies, and also unusual places, such as buses, is the first of the series.
