As you may recall, he passed away last March while I was working on it. 4to – over 9¾” – 12″ tall. The most astonishing Todd Moore ever published, this remarkable artist’s book was issued as a memorial following the author’s death, in an edition limited to only 7 copies. The text, from Moore’s celebrated “Dillinger” epic poem sequence, is hand-typed (on a vintage Royal) on 33 leaves, housed in a glass display case with six spent 38 calibre cartridges, and a stolen dinner napkin covered in imitation blood-spatters. Also included is an 8-page pamphlet by editor / publisher / book artist Chris Dusterhoff, which includes two brief essays on Todd Moore, and on the making of this book.. Book Condition: New.
