This might be the most electric event each year at the Cascadia Poetry Festival. Poets of all different backgrounds, academic, street poets, slam poets, conceptual poets, sound poets, nature poets, &c. get their chance to read ONE POEM on the stage. The edition of the After Party this May in Nanaimo promises to be a memorable poetry reading, and the party atmosphere does not hurt.
